How it works

Choose an amount and pay for it like any other order.
We email the code once the payment clears — to you, or straight to the person you name.
They enter the code at checkout or read it out in the showroom. Any balance left over stays on the card.

Gift card terms

A digital card

This is a digital gift card. We email a code — there is no physical card to post or collect. Print the email or forward it to the person it is for.

Valid for five years

A card is valid for five years from the day it is bought. That is the minimum set by the Consumer Protection (Gift Vouchers) Act 2019. The exact expiry date is shown on the card email.

Ireland only

Gift cards are redeemable in Ireland only, with The Spinery — on thespinery.com or in our showroom. They cannot be used with any other retailer.

Use it over several purchases

You do not have to spend it all at once. Spend part of the card and the balance stays on it for the next order, until it runs out or expires.

No cash

A gift card cannot be exchanged for cash, and its balance cannot be refunded once the card has been used. This does not affect your statutory rights, including any right to cancel a purchase you may have under consumer law — if you have bought a card and not yet used it, contact us.

Treat the code like cash

Anyone holding the code can spend it. If you share it, or it reaches the wrong person, we cannot replace it or claw back what has already been spent. Send it only to the person it is for.

Works alongside other offers

A gift card can be used with sale prices and other offers. It is a way to pay, not a discount.

If it does not cover the whole order

Pay the difference by card, or any other method we accept at the time. There is no minimum spend.
