- Mechanism: 24 months
- Metal frame: 36 months
Manufacturer’s Defects:
The Spinery guarantees that our office chairs will be free from any defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.
Functional Components:
The warranty covers the functionality of all mechanical components, including the base, casters, pneumatic cylinder, mechanism, and armrests. If any of these components fail to perform properly under normal use, we’ll repair or replace them.
Upholstery:
We back the upholstery fabric against defects such as tearing, fraying, or abnormal wear during the warranty period.
Structural Integrity:
Our warranty covers the chair’s frame and structure against defects that could compromise its stability and structural integrity.
Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, misuse, improper assembly, modifications, or any damages resulting from accidents, negligence, or improper use of the chair.
