Designed to improve sleep quality and reduce neck tension by promoting proper spinal alignment. Free delivery across Ireland.
Two fills, two feels. Both 100% natural latex.
A pillow designed & patented by a chiropractor with ultimate comfort in mind. The contoured pillow shape combines 25 years of practice and research with neck pain to align your back and relax your muscles.
How do the adjustable boosters work? Each foam layer is 2.5cm in height — mix and match to achieve the height that feels most comfortable for spinal alignment. Most customers find their ideal height within the first three nights.
Which size should I get? People over 5'11" typically prefer Large (15cm). Under 5'11", Medium (12.5cm) is usually right. Stomach sleepers should choose Small (10cm). If you find the height isn't quite right, order Boosters separately to add loft.
Not sure? Kate Ryan (chartered physiotherapist) runs free pillow fittings in our Dún Laoghaire showroom — she'll check your posture, sleep position and body frame, and pick the right size for you.
Tencel® on top, an orthopedic latex core in the middle, and adjustable booster layers underneath. Bonded with natural latex — no glues, no polyurethane, no toxic chemistry. Hover any layer to see how it works.
Botanic eucalyptus fibre. Wicks heat 50% better than cotton. Removable and machine-washable.
Naturally hypoallergenic — gentle on sensitive skin and certified OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 against harmful chemicals.
100% natural latex, contoured into four anatomical zones. Pin-cored — bounces back instantly. The clinical heart of the pillow.
Designed by a chiropractor with 25 years of clinical practice — supports the cervical curve so neck muscles relax overnight.
Two 2.5cm natural latex slabs. Fine-tune loft 10cm → 12.5cm → 15cm. Naturally antimicrobial.
Add or remove a slab to match your shoulder width and mattress firmness — most pillows give you one height, take it or leave it.
The contoured cradle holds your head in line with your shoulders — no tilt, no flatten. Designed to keep the head and neck supported through the night.
The cover and the core — that's the whole pillow. No polyurethane foam, no fibre fill, no flame-retardant chemistry on the latex.
A Tencel®–cotton blend. Tencel from sustainably-farmed eucalyptus keeps it cool and breathable; cotton adds a soft, natural feel.
Sap from Hevea rubber trees, pin-cored for airflow. Springs back instantly — no slump, no off-gassing.
Natural latex is tapped from rubber trees — fully plant-based and biodegradable at end of life. Memory foam is petroleum-derived polyurethane; down and feather pillows are filled with animal feathers sourced from the duck/goose industry.
Add or remove a 2.5cm booster layer to fine-tune loft to your shoulder width and the firmness of your mattress — without buying a new pillow. Most pillows give you one height, take it or leave it — a common reason people return them.
Pin-cored natural latex has thousands of vertical channels that let warm air escape from the head and ear contact zone — the warmest part of the body all night. The Tencel® eucalyptus cover wicks moisture away from the face. Memory foam's closed-cell structure traps heat against the head, the most common reason side sleepers wake hot.
No polyurethane, no VOC off-gassing, no chemical flame retardants. Memory foam off-gasses VOCs for weeks after unboxing and is typically treated with chemical flame retardants. Down feathers are usually non-toxic but can carry dust allergens.
Natural latex springs back instantly — no fluffing required. Memory foam reshapes under body heat and doesn't need fluffing either. Down and feather pillows compress and clump within hours, needing manual fluffing every morning to recover any loft.
Co-specified by an Irish chiropractor (Dr. Lawrence Woods, 25 yrs), a chartered physiotherapist (Kate Ryan) and a PhD scientist (Dr. Sinéad Moore). Most pillows are designed for shelf appeal — this one is designed for the cervical spine on top of it.
Natural latex holds its shape for up to 10 years. Memory foam typically softens and develops a permanent dent at 2–3 years; down and feather pillows go flat within 12–24 months and have to be re-fluffed nightly.
Natural latex is harvested from Hevea rubber trees that continue producing sap for 25+ years — fully renewable, biodegradable at end of life. Memory foam is petroleum-derived and non-recyclable. Down sourcing varies from certified-ethical to factory-farmed.
Three comfort zones plus a contoured airway edge — designed by a chiropractor to keep your head, neck and breathing aligned.
Gives your shoulder room to settle when you're on your side, so it doesn't hunch up — keeping your head, neck and spine in one straight line.
The central recess takes weight off the cheekbone for side-sleepers and distributes pressure evenly — no hot spot, no tossing to find a comfortable side.
The contoured ridge aligns the cervical spine — holding the natural curve at the base of the neck so the muscles can relax through the night.
The contoured edge keeps the airway open — people who snore tell us they love this. Pin-cored natural latex also lets warm air escape so the pillow stays cool through the night.

New pillows feel strange — your neck has memorised the old one. Here's the honest adjustment curve, with no marketing gloss.
The first few nights, your neck will notice. The latex doesn't compress like foam — that's the point. Resist the urge to swap back.
Some people feel the difference within a few days; others take the full two weeks. If it's still not settling, FlexFill lets you fine-tune the loft.
The pillow stops being something you notice. You're not adjusting it any more — it's just under your head, doing its job.
The adjustment is done — what you're feeling is the pillow itself, not the change from your old one. If you ever want to tweak the loft, the booster layers stay in your hands for life.

Checking…No fluff, no marketing speak — clinical answers from Dr. Lawrence Woods, who designed the layer system.
An orthopedic pillow is one whose shape is designed around clinical anatomy rather than aesthetics — a defined neck-support lobe, a central head recess, a tapered shoulder edge. The goal is to keep the cervical spine in neutral alignment overnight, regardless of which way you sleep.
Most "memory foam contour" pillows borrow the silhouette but use a material that collapses by morning. The Spinery Pillow uses natural latex specifically because it holds the shape under load.
— Dr Lawrence Woods, Chiropractor
No — that's the most common misconception. Firmness is one variable. What matters more is shape, loft and recovery (how quickly the material returns to shape under your head's weight). A rock-hard square pillow is firm and orthopedically useless.
The Spinery Pillow's natural latex core is best described as "medium-firm and responsive" — it pushes back without being hard.
The most common signals: morning neck stiffness that fades through the day, recurring shoulder pain on the side you sleep on, headaches that start at the base of the skull, jaw tension or TMJ flare-ups, or waking multiple times during the night.
If you already see a chiropractor or physio for neck-related issues, ask them — most will recommend a contour pillow.
— Dr Sinéad Moore, PhD
Start with your sleeping position. Side sleepers need the most loft (Large, 15cm) to fill the gap between ear and mattress. Back sleepers need Medium (12.5cm) to support the cervical curve without pushing the head forward. Stomach sleepers need the least (Small, 10cm) because the position already over-extends the neck.
People over 5'11" typically prefer Large. Under 5'11", Medium is usually right. If you're unsure, pick FlexFill — you can remove or add shredded latex until it's exactly right.
— Dr Lawrence Woods, Chiropractor
It's the use case we designed it around. The raised lobe is shaped to support the cervical curve so the neck isn't straining to hold the head overnight; the central recess helps keep the head from tilting; the tapered shoulder edge is shaped to reduce side-bend when you sleep on your side.
Comfort is personal, so experiences vary from person to person — the design goal is simply to keep the neck supported and aligned through the night.
Two main differences. First, temperature — memory foam traps body heat; latex is cellular and breathes. Second, recovery — memory foam compresses and slowly returns (often holding the indent into the morning), so by 3am the loft you chose isn't the loft you have. Latex returns instantly, so the height stays consistent.
As a chiropractor, I do not recommend shredded memory foam for clients with cervical issues — it provides the feeling of adjustability without the structural integrity to hold the head in alignment.
— Dr Lawrence Woods, Chiropractor
The lifespan of a pillow made from 100% natural latex is typically up to 10 years. Lifespan may vary depending on your sleep habits, bedroom environment (sunlight, humidity), and use.
The Tencel® cover is removable and machine-washable, so the contact surface stays fresh indefinitely.
Each booster layer is 2.5cm of latex. Slip one or two under the pillow to fine-tune the loft for your shoulder width and mattress firmness. If you bought Original and want extra height, you can order Boosters separately.
